1. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 3-6 business days, depending on your location and the product. Don’t worry – you’ll always get a tracking link to follow your order.

2. How can I track my order?

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small fee may apply.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

No worries! Just email us at suvendupal1996@gmail.com with your order ID and a photo of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

5. Can I cancel my order?
